Thank you for your interest in doing business with the Chicago Transit Authority (CTA). Using this system, you can complete the Vendor Application and apply for Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) certification. Firms that are already listed in CTA’s vendor database may update or modify their information. Furthermore, currently certified DBE firms can complete the forms necessary to maintain their certification with CTA.

All firms are welcome to complete a Vendor Application. Firms that are owned and controlled by disadvantaged individuals are also welcome to apply for DBE certification. To be eligible to participate in the DBE program, your firm must be certified pursuant to United States Department of Transportation (US DOT) regulations which can be viewed on this web page. The specific regulations can also be found in 49 Code of Federal Regulation, Part 26.

Upon completion of each of the applications on this web page, your firm will also need to submit additional supporting documentation to the CTA. If requested supporting documentation is not submitted in a timely manner, your application will not be processed. You will be notified of the required documentation once you have completed your application. Any false or misleading information submitted by applicants will be grounds for denial, removal and/or prosecution.

We look forward to doing business with your firm and will give your completed application our prompt attention. You may view additional information related to the procurement process at CTA on our web page at www.transitchicago.com.
